Our Commitments

  • Open Success Convert does not use uploaded documents, extracted financial data or generated outputs to train public, shared or third-party AI models.
  • We do NOT sell uploaded financial documents or extracted financial data.
  • Uploaded content is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the Services requested by the user.
  • We aim to minimise human access to uploaded documents wherever reasonably practicable.
  • We aim to process uploaded documents using automated systems wherever operationally feasible.

Certain processing activities may involve trusted cloud, AI, infrastructure, analytics, security, or technology service providers acting under appropriate confidentiality, privacy, and security obligations.

4. Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of all uploaded documents, extracted data, and related information (“User Data”).

Open Success Convert acts solely as a service provider and processor of User Data for the purpose of providing and operating the Services.

Except as expressly stated in this Privacy Policy or otherwise agreed in writing, nothing in the Services or this Privacy Policy transfers ownership rights in User Data to Open Success Convert.

5. Data Retention

For anonymous users, uploaded documents and generated outputs are processed temporarily and are generally not retained after processing is completed.

Limited operational, technical, and security-related logs may still be retained where reasonably necessary for platform functionality, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and security purposes.

5.2 Registered Users

For registered users, uploaded documents, extracted data, generated exports, and related processing records may be generally retained for up to 3 days after processing in order to support:

  • Access to recent conversions and exports
  • User review and correction workflows
  • Platform operations and reliability
  • Customer support requests
  • Billing and usage verification
  • Fraud prevention and security monitoring

Registered users may delete individual statements or multiple statements from the workspace before the automatic retention period expires.

After the applicable retention period, documents and related data are generally deleted or no longer accessible through the Services.

5.3 Operational and Technical Logs

Limited operational, technical, billing, usage, and security-related logs may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain platform security and integrity
